Breckinridge Park

Located in the heart of Richardson, Breckinridge Park is a 379-acre nature area. The park has a softball complex, soccer fields, playgrounds, trails and a 10-acre lake.
It's a great place to take a fishing pole and bucket of worms, as the park's three ponds are stocked with bass, catfish, perch and crappie – but only catch-and-release fishing is allowed. There is also plenty of shade with pavilions and several picnic tables available for picnicking, Of note is a beautiful gazebo, located off entrance B.

Hiking Breckinridge Park
The park offers small and large loop options for hiking that total approximately five miles.
Softball Complex
Two lighted softball fields are available.
