Tomato-Tamoto

Tomato-Tamoto, a new fresh, made-to-order salad bar concept, has opened at The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano, Texas. At the fast-casual restaurant, guests build their salads in virtually unlimited combinations from more than 50 freshly-cut ingredients, including various types of salad, vegetables, fruits, nuts and cheeses. Tomato Tomoto’s “Salad Chefs” then hand-toss the gourmet creation or roll it up and grill it as a wrap.
