"Life Skills that last a Life Time" is designed for Teens and Pre-Teens to help them over-come today's challenges of peer pressure, family issues, relationship issues, self-esteem and motivational issues. These Life Skills are a must in today's world. From young to old, knowing how to deal with problems and difficulties in a healthy way is essential. Creating a healthy balance of our emotions is the first step. When we discover the "How to's" of success, we gain motivation and desire. This workshop is specifically designed to increase awareness, motivation to succeed and build a healthy lifestyle.
