Christopher Short, who made the menu at Bella so appealing, has left to become executive chef at Artin's Grill, scheduled for a January opening in the Shops at Legacy in Plano. Short says it will be an upscale, casual American grill with a huge, hickory-burning grill. From time to time he'll serve some of his popular dishes from Bella as specials.
