Looks like the glossy new Fin Sushi and Sake Bar may be angling for a State Fair of Texas spot. Besides the usual suspects on its menu – tempura, sushi – there's the GPR Ball, "deep-fried avocado, crabmeat and spicy tuna with bread crumbs." GPR? That's green-pink-red. Green avocado, pink crabmeat, red tuna.
