Plano Adult Clinic

Thank you for your interest in learning about Collin County Adult Clinic. We are a non-profit medical facility that provides primary medical care for the adult residents of Collin County who have no access to traditional health insurance. Our faith-based volunteers are committed to those in need which is what sets us apart and makes the clinic work.
In 2008, CCAC had over 3600 patients visits and dispensed over 10,000 prescription medications. This would not have been possible without the extraordinary dedication of the medical professionals in the community, our tireless volunteers, and generous donations of supplies and money from businesses, charities, local churches, and concerned citizens. In 2009, with approximately 42% of American adults who are without medical insurance, we expect to exceed 4000 visits and that number will continue to grow.
