Second Chance SPCA

SCSPCA’s mission is to offer compassion and a second chance at life—in a no-kill venue—by rescuing unwanted and abandoned cats and dogs from over-crowded city shelters. Up to 25 animals, including 15 dogs and puppies and 10 cats and kittens, are available for adoption at SCSPCA at any given time. Many of these adoptable animals are cats and dogs that have reached their “time limit” in city shelters and would otherwise be euthanized.
