Sparks has been family owned and operated since 2004. Our goal is for every guest to feel like they are a part of the family. Chef Alex and Chef Randy are excellent at making those palate pleasing comfort foods that will not only make you think of your Mom's best but new creations that will give you that same warm feeling and will add new items to your "feel good" list of gotta have it cuisine.
