Alzheimer’s Association, Trailblazers Education Support Group

The Alzheimer’s Association’s Trailblazers Education and Support Groups are designed to provide emotional, educational and social support for individuals with early stage Alzheimer’s. Participant needs to be accompanied by a care-partner. To attend this program the participant must have a physician’s diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia or memory loss. The initial program will consist of 8 weekly meetings of education and support.
