Vista Ridge Mall promotes fitness for all Saturday, February 25

On Saturday, February 25, Vista Ridge Mall is hosting Community Fit Day to promote a healthy lifestyle and offer a convenient way to learn about health and wellness by bringing together experts, equipment representatives, medical personnel and more in one location. All day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the visitors will have access to health and fitness pros and will be able to collect information, sign up for classes and ask questions one on one. Community Fit Day will be held in Center Court.
