Fusion Grill

I am a student at the University of North Texas and I was staying with my dad for a few weeks while I waited for Summer courses to start. I ate here several times and I was consistently impressed with the service and quality of the food. IN addition, I PERSONALLY spoke to several people about the incident with Yessi and this "lady" was exceptionally rude and demanded a free pizza. In other words, I am unabashedly and unashamedly going to call her a complete and total bitch. Try their curry, Stromboli, or chicken wings(buffalo style.)

I don't agree with yessi as we ordered our food yesterday and ohhh yehhh the philly cheese steak was just great and you don't need to eat it coz as it just melts in your mouth and not to mention the italian style thin crust pizzas and the huge strombolis! The food was just superb and I would give them a five stars and the customer service was just awesome as well!.

I received a brochure from Fusion Grill not too long ago. They claim to be "the best" but this is farther from the truth. Anyway, back to my story. So my sister-in-law, who babysits my children while my husband and I work, decided to order pizza at 11:40AM so my husband and I planned on coming home for lunch to try out this pizza of theirs. We get home and 30 minutes into our 1 hour lunch break and still no pizza. We called and spoke with one of the reps there who assured us the delivery man was on his way (yeah right!). 10 minutes pass and I decided to call them back myself. I was not a happy camper! I explained to them, as politely as possible, that my lunch break was almost over and I had children and guests waiting to try this "best" pizza and no pizza! The rep apologized for the "convenience" (really?) and informed me the owner of the company was the one delivering so to ask him to comp our lunch. The delivery man/owner never showed up and I had to go back to work. INSANE! What REALLY set me off was the rep hung up on me after I corrected her grammer that this was not a convenience, on the contrary it was an awful INCONVENIENCE.

This is just a portion of the horror we experienced.

I would recommend anyone reading this post NOT go to that restaurant or order take out from them. I, for one, will NEVER go back to them EVER!!
