Patty Shack Burgers

Tucked away in a strip center behind a gas station is The Patty Shack. It's actually in Grand Prairie, so the map on this listing is incorrect.

Each burger's meat is hand-ground to order, and all the ingredients (bacon, mushrooms, various cheeses) are ground INTO the meat before cooking. The result is flavor that permeates the patty, and my new favorite Dallas / Fort Worth burger!
