Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre Presents February Technique Classes

Technique Classes at Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre offer the opportunity to learn recipes for dinners and new cooking techniques.

FEBRUARY 23: Making ravioli at home is the topic of this class, which includes a hands-on opportunity to create fresh pasta sheets. Attendees discover how to prepare delicious fillings, stuff and seal ravioli and make a simple sauce.

The classes are complimentary, but individuals are asked to make a reservation by the Thursday before the Saturday class.
