Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Program at Centennial Medical Center offers a free diabetes support group every other month, on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. In addition to the free support group, the Diabetes Program offers many diabetes education opportunities that may be billable to insurance, as well as Medical Nutrition Therapy counseling.
