Heart of the Ranch is a distinctly homegrown gathering place and party venue along the Trinity River’s edge. The ranch is a part of the remaining 850 acres of the historic Edwards Ranch, established in southwest Fort Worth in 1848. At its simplest form, the Heart of the Ranch is a space unique in its relationship with the trees, the river and open spaces- a natural destination for those seeking the pleasures of good company, lively conversation and an outdoor setting unlike any other in Fort Worth.
Although not yet open for public use, there’s plenty going on at the Heart of the Ranch. Invited guests will enjoy a view of the Fort Worth skyline previously reserved for generations of shorthorn cattle from the cool shade of the original Trinity River Forest canopy. As roadways are completed, bridges are connected and Clearfork is developed, the Heart of the Ranch will maintain its intimate, local flavor- a reminder of the freedom of its origins.
