Elixir Kitchen Space

First of all the owner was lukewarm at best during our initial meeting to pick up our key and kept repeating to us that the equipment available for use "stays there" as if we were some cleptos coming to use her kitchen. Second, the kitchens are not as large as they appear to be in the pictures and the two kitchens are really one. We rented the kitchen under the pretenses that it would be exclusively ours to use but she informs us at 9 pm the night before our scheduled day that someone else will be there to use the baking kitchen. Although the other patrons were very nice, it was very distracting to our class and we had limited access to the remainder of the kitchen to wash our dishes. After I informed the owner of the situation above, and asked for a discount due to the late notice, distraction, and limited use, she refused and stated I have 2 kitchens to rent, maybe next time you can rent both kitchens. I kindly informed her that I will not be using her facility again and requested my deposit be credited immediately. The owner did not seem to care and did not offer any remedy for the situation above.
