2010 Designer Showhouse

Historic Fort Worth’s 2010 Showhouse is the mid-century modern home of Fran and the late Eddie Chiles at 1300 Shady Oaks Lane in Westover Hills, an exclusive municipality within Fort Worth, Texas. Built in 1966 on a spectacular three-acre site bordering the Shady Oaks Country Club golf course, this 12,000-square-foot masterpiece will be open to the public for the first time.
