The Youth Orchestra of Greater Fort Worth

Since 1965, the Youth Orchestra has been providing young musicians with unparalleled musical instruction, unique performing opportunities, and a chance to study and experience classical music with their peers in a chamber or full orchestra setting.

The mission of the Youth Orchestra is:
TO EXPOSE aspiring, young musicians to the highest quality orchestral literature;
TO EDUCATE, challenge, and promote young people in the musical arts;
TO ENRICH through performance opportunities that advance musical development;
TO ENHANCE the community at large.
