Certified Executive Chef J.D. Loy has been working tirelessly to create a new menu for what he is certain will be the newest restaurant hot spot on the Westside of Fort Worth.
Chef Loy of the Chaparral Chef, LLC is a member of the Slow Food movement and whole-heartedly believes in partnering with local farmers in an effort to bring the freshest most flavorful items from Farm to Fork. All fish brought in will be from sustainable sources and the freshest possible.
J.D. recently achieved certification of Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Foundation and is one of only about 2600 in the nation.
The Chaparral Chef, LLC is looking forward to continuing the legacy of Cafe Aspen and taking it to the next level in the culinary world with fine local foods, up to date culinary trends and top-notch customer service.
