Star Parties

Come join us at the Rafes Urban Astronomy Center on the first Saturday of every month for a FREE Star Party. At Star Parties, you can learn about the night sky from our knowledgeable staff and students and enjoy an opportunity to see objects in space through our telescopes! Star Parties are held on the 1st Saturday of every Month, and begin 30 minutes after sundown (weather permitting). There is no parking lot at the RUAC, so you will need to park your vehicle along the roadside outside the Observatory gates.
