Aquadora is an upscale dining experience with an exquisite menu of the freshest seafood available & steaks to appeal to the most sophisticated palettes. The Menu is designed by Chef Mike Dimas. It includes a Starter menu which boasts a Goat Cheese Tart and Shrimp & Berkshire Pork Dumplings just to name a few. A Soup & Salad Menu including a Golden Beet & Butter Lettuce Salad and a Shrimp & Black Bean Soup. The Entrees include Seared Black Bass w/ Endive Fondue, Watercress & Pommes Frites also a Black Pepper Seared Beef Tenderloin w/ Yukon Potato-Golden Chantrelle Tart, Collard Greens & a Bing Cherry Demi. The Raw & Appetizer Bar's menu will have a variety of House Cured Meats, Artisan Cheeses, Seafood & Local Farm Vegetables this menu will vary based on availability and be serving until 2am. The Dessert Menu will include house made sorbets & crafted treats. The Wine List will consist of wines that are very food friendly and will features bottles from regions all around the world.
