LifeNet is a comprehensive outpatient program, serving adults with severe mental illness and dual diagnosis (mental illness with co-occurring substance abuse). Our service array falls into three categories: clinical, supported employment and supportive housing. We offer a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, licensed professional counselors, social workers, vocational counselors, licensed chemical dependency counselors, and qualified mental health professionals.
Whole Life Help
LifeNet has a unique three-pronged approach that seeks to heal the whole person: rather than dealing solely with the treatment of mental illness or substance abuse, we also address the need for shelter, food, safety, and employment. We help people become self-sufficient by providing clinical services, including mental health care and substance abuse treatment, permanent supportive housing and supported employment.
Personal & Compassionate
Our programs are customized to meet the needs of each person who walks through the door, and are designed to deliver individualized -- and long-term -- solutions. Through LifeNet's resources, hundreds of people whose lives had seemed hopeless are now living successfully in the community.
