The menu at Craft is American Contemporary and is completely a la carte. First courses, meats, fish and side dishes are all ordered separately and served on platters in the center of the table. The focus is on pristine, seasonal ingredients prepared simply in order to enhance and showcase the ingredients inherent flavors. The decor is contemporary and warm with the use of natural materials like wood, steel and leather.
