Local culinary legend Stephan Pyles' Samar (formerly called Tanta) will serve global small plates from India, Turkey, Spain and other far-flung locales. Vijay Sadhu, formerly of Clay Pit in Addison and Bukhara Grill in Richardson, will be the chef.
