Elevation Burger

Elevation Burger opened on Saturday in the Hillcrest Crossing shopping center, featuring burgers made with grass-fed, organic beef. Elevation is the first franchise burger chain to serve organic beef, according to the press release. It's the first of three Elevation Burgers planned for Dallas.

The first one opened in Virginia in 2005; now there are also Elevation Burgers in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas (the first, in Austin, opened in 2009), with more on the way.
