A sports bar, Brackets, opened in the former Trader Vic’s space at Hotel Palomar Dallas. Executive chef Pedro Castrejon’s résumé includes Aventino and Ferre Ristorante e Bar, both in Fort Worth. On the menu: burgers, sandwiches, sliders, wood-fired chicken, Cabernet-braised short ribs and Il Cane Rosso pizzas.
