Oak Cliff Cultural Center

On August 12, 2010 the Oak Cliff Cultural Center will open its doors, officially replacing the Ice House Cultural Center, which closed in September 2009. For over a decade, the Ice House provided Oak Cliff and the surrounding communities with diverse art and cultural experiences. The newly renovated Oak Cliff Cultural Center, with its art gallery and multi-purpose studio, will continue in this tradition of cultural service and will begin a new era of artistic and cultural opportunity. The Oak Cliff Cultural Center is located at 223 West Jefferson Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75208. There is no charge to visit OCCC, however, some events and classes may charge an admission fee. Please check ahead for possible fees.

To get to the Oak Cliff Cultural Center from Interstate 35 south, exit 12th Street/Beckley. This ramp turns into 12th Street. Stay on 12th Street and continue west. Turn right on S. Zang Blvd. Turn left on W. Jefferson Blvd. The Oak Cliff House Cultural Center is located on the right hand side, next to the Texas Theater.
