Coal Vines

Coal Vines is the newest concept developed by Joseph Palladino, It is a casual neighborhood restaurant that is reminiscent of Mr. Palladino's upbringing in New York. Coal Vine's is a specialty pizzeria complemented by a full menu and a wine list that is synonymous with quality and also a reasonable price point. With the help of Chef Michael Abruzese of Il Mulino New York, a simple yet unique menu has been created. Coal Oven pizzas are Chef Michael's specialty, as his background prior to his tenure at the Culinary Institute of America was making coal oven pizzas in one of New York's oldest pizzerias: Johnny's. The unique quality of coal Vine's does not stop at the menu; it is carried through to Coal Vine's ability to sell its wines as a retailer at a competitive price. This aspect of Coal Vines allows the guest to purchase and carry out all of the wines offered on the wine list by the bottle along with their carry out food items.
