Formerly Daniele Osteria, owned by Daniel Puelo. He sold the subterranean Oak Lawn operation to Carlos Munoz, who was part of the osteria's staff. The new name: d'Carlo Italian Cuisine. Munoz says he's open now, and the menu will basically stay the same, although he may add some dishes. (3/11)
