Nick & Sam’s, named for a young son (Sam) and the son of a friend of Principal Philip Romano (Nick), is the culmination of Mr. Romano’s extensive experience in conception, design and managing highly successful and original restaurant operations throughout the United States. An exceptional management and service staff has been assembled by Managing Partner Joseph Palladino to ensure optimum performance from the initial opening with the goal of maintaining the highest customer satisfaction.
