We will treat our employees, Artists, independent representatives, vendors and associates with respect and will consider their ideas. We will expect our Staff and Independent Sales People to contribute time and give their full effort in exchange for fair compensation. Artists deserve to be represented properly. We will help to develop them and make them more successful. We will give them extreme care, and always be mindful that they are the backbone of our business. No matter how good an Artist is they won't make it unless they are properly marketed.
