The Cupcakery

The Cupcakery, which staked its first North Texas outpost in Frisco, has added a second location in Uptown Plaza. The cupcake bakery, which features adult flavors such Oh My Gosh – Ganache! (ganache-filled vanilla) and Kir Royale (raspberry with champagne frosting), is based in Las Vegas. But owner Pamela Jenkins, who calls herself the Cupcake Queen, has a Texas connection: She grew up in Jacksboro, northwest of Fort Worth.
