The PLAN Fund has been committed to making a positive difference in the lives of working class entrepreneurs. The PLAN Fund is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist entrepreneurs to achieve success in starting and or expanding their small businesses. Our program's underlying goal is to increase our member's economic self sufficiency through entrepreneurship.
