Crème de la Cookie owner Steve Rivard says it’s just a coincidence he and wife Toni set up shop in the old Doughmonkey space at Snider Plaza. Their place is more of a “mom-and-student-friendly coffeehouse,” he says, with baked goods, such as the signature “Screamin’O,” a ganache-dipped brownie bite.
