Nick and Sam's Grill

Dallas' colorists and plastic surgeons are doing some very, very fine work. And they must be a busy lot, if the beautifully sculpted, honey-blond, overflow crowd that seems to live at Nick and Sam's Grill is any indication. The Quadrangle-area spot is packed every evening – even a dismal, rainy Monday night. Even when the Dow's way down. Even during a swine flu scare. Even when the Mavs are in the playoffs. Crowds swarm the boxy main dining room, spilling onto the two patios and out the door.
