Lemongrass recently opened on Elm Street in Deep Ellum, serving what owner Khoa Nguyen describes as "refined Vietnamese cooking." Tuyet Davis, last seen at East Wind, is the chef. Dishes include sugar cane shrimp spring rolls; seared steak spring rolls; Peking duck quesadillas; French-style Vietnamese crêpes with shrimp, scallops and mung beans; and pork tenderloin sauté with black bean sauce and scallions.
