1 Original Italian Cafe

Original Italian Cafe is longtime area restaurateur Victor Osmani's son Enver's current baby, along with a similar outpost in Las Colinas. We were the first to bring pizza-by-the-slice, a New York City storefront staple, to Dallas diners in 1975 at Southwest Center Mall (then known as Redbird Mall) in south Dallas. After several other Italian eateries, over the years, Mr. Osmani opened Original Italian Cafe in 1995 to return to his "original" concept: fast, counter-ordered pizza (yes, by the slice as well as whole), pastas and subs in a spacious and festively-colored slot downtown. Now the next wave of the Original Italian Cafés, operated by Enver Osmani, is located at 115 Field in the heart of downtown has the same great food you have come to expect from our kitchens as well as some exquisite offerings that bring the taste of Italy to Dallas. We also have a full bar with signature drinks like the Italian Mojito with basil and orange.
