National Train Day at Dallas and Fort Worth

Celebrate at Dallas Union Station and the Fort Worth Transportation Center on Saturday, May 9 from Noon to 4pm

Trains! Trains! and More Trains! Everyone loves Trains!

Come out and see locomotives and passenger train cars up close and talk to railroad people.

It all happens on the platforms and in the stations at Union Station - 400 S. Houston in downtown Dallas and at the Fort Worth Transportation Center at 9th and Jones Street downtown.

Learn how to get about by train from all the area transit agencies like DART Light Rail, the For Worth T, Trinity Railway Express and DCTA.

Register for a drawing for free travel on Amtrak's Texas Eagle and Heartland Flyer intercity services.

Come see "Heritage" locomotives and new low-emission locomotives that are doing their part for cleaner air.

Radio Disney will be on hand at Dallas Union Station from noon to 2pm. Music and entertainment at both stations.
