I got a certificate from http://restaurants.com for this place. My wife and I like use those to check out new places and hopefully find somewhere we might frequent. That was not the case here. As soon as we were seated I told the server I had a http://restaurant.com certificate. I was told they would not accept it. Mind you, I had just bought it the same day, so no long period of time had gone by. My wife asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely condescending and rude. He said they wouldn't honor it and proceeded to give some story about how they've been trying for "months" to get their restaurant removed from the site. Anyone who uses http://restaurant.com knows that their customer service is extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. I was able to get a hold of customer service and spoke to a manager there. They said that NEVER have they been contacted by this establishment with a request to be removed. Clearly this restaurant is luring people in with the bait of a deal, and then hoping you will stay once you are seated and denied the use of the certificate. Not the way to win over new business! BEWARE RUDE AND DISHONEST!!
