Dishes straight from the urban vendors of Mexico city integrated with influences from Mexican taquerias: Seafood tostada Salad, Dos Equis Amber Pot roast barbacoa, Epanadas, Yucca Fries and Peanut Habanero Salsa, lures guests back to memories of vacations in Mexico. Forgone on the menu are the 'Tex-Mex' additions of cheddar cheese and sour cream. The chef-driven menu is perfected by 24-year-old proprietor Markus Pinyero's travels and encounters in Mexico and the U.S.
