Cowboy Chow

We are three chefs who hate corporate restaurants, who love quality and simplicity and who don't want to go into debt taking our ladies-or men- out for the night. This is the basic idea behind our two restaurants. (The other one is Twisted Root Burger Co., if you haven't been there, then you’re dumb)
Cowboy Chow is simple quality driven dishes that are darn cheap for what you are getting. Named top three restaurants to watch in 2009 by D-Magazine and Dallas Voice newspaper added Cowboy Chow in their "Top Ten Tables" of 2008.
