Tour de Fromage- West Coast vs. Iberian Peninsula

Cheese wars are back! The Scardello Tour de Fromage 2012 is a bracketed competition between major cheese producing areas around the world. Each will feature a blind tasting of cheeses from the two competing areas. At the end of each night, a victor will be crowned and move to the next round. In the end, only one can claim the Tour victory and wear the yellow jersey
