This very special program will showcase works by three award-winning choreographers. Danny Buraczeski, Division of Dance
faculty member and American jazz dance legend, has created notable works for companies nationwide. Adam Hougland, visiting artist-in-residence, is principal choreographer for the Louisville Ballet and resident choreographer for the Cincinnati Ballet. Meadows Prize winner Shen Wei, internationally renowned choreographer, director, dancer, painter and designer and the artistic director of New York-based Shen Wei Dance Arts, will create a new work for SMU as part of his Meadows Prize residency.
