Nonprofit Management

This session introduces the steps to starting a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation in the state of Texas and how to effectively manage a successful new nonprofit. Guest speakers are a key component of this workshop. Speakers are nonprofit executives and consultants with years of experience in nonprofit management; grant writing, and nonprofit formation.
