Shodo Japanese Calligraphy Course

The Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth is offering a spring course on the ancient art of Japanese calligraphy, shodo. Shodo is not only an exercise in good handwriting, but a creative art form as well.

Over 7 weeks, students will learn the basic techniques of brush writing and the concept of shodo. No Japanese language skills required.
