The Weigh Down :  Ten Temple Tips to Achieving & Maintaining a Healthy Body Weight  will be an informational class along with a short, but intense boot camp style workout.  Tiffany Cormier, founder of Cross Movement Fitness (CMF) will  lead us as we learn what it takes to attain and stay in our best Physical Shape.
