Salon: Roles of Men and Women

We hear these statements all the time.
Men initiate women respond.
He’s the head of the household.
Submission means he makes the final decision.
And we wonder…
Does that mean I shouldn’t initiate in sexually, financially or spiritually?
Does it mean he’s in charge of the money and I’m supposed to cook?
Am I less?
There’s a lot of confusion wrapped around this issue of roles in marriage.
