Pei Wei

This Pei Wei has horrible customer service.
We ordered food for take out, 4 items in total and ask for extra sauce for 2 of those. When opening the boxes at home we found that none of them had any sauce and there were 2 sauces on the side. The dishes are no good without any sauce, so we called them. The attendant handed the phone to the manager (John) who kept insisting that there was sauce on the dishes. We offered to bring it over to show that there wasn't any and pick up our sauces, we just want some sauce. He replied that they were closed and that we will comp our order next time.
We called this Pei Wei the next weekend and tried to place the order with the manager. The manager only wanted to comp for 2 of the dishes and insisted that there was sauce on them. He basically told us we were lying. All he needed to do is say that they were sorry for the mistake and that would have been enough. He was rude and showed no acceptance that they could have made a mistake. There were 4 dishes without any sauce, plain white bare chicken, its not hard to tell when you are eating boiled chicken and white rice, and he kept insisting that we were making the story up.
His behavior was completely unacceptable for a small issue like that. He is losing long time customer due to his rudeness.
