LSD Power Yoga for all levels

LSD is a simple and very challenging physical practice for ALL LEVELS. Long holds, slow transitions and deep stretches make this class a great balance to all the movement found in the vinyasa/ashtanga classes. One of the main components to this class is core strength and balance. The challenge in this class is mostly mental and you'll probably want to run from this class, at least in the beginning... so hang in there, be patient and breathe deeply. Benefits are tremendous!
