An outpost of Austin's Mandola's Italian Market, started by former Houston chef Damian Mandola and wife Trina, has just opened fall 2009. Located in the Arlington Heights shopping center near Matlock and Interstate 20, it combines fast-casual dining with an Italian deli. Mandola is part of the restaurant dynasty that founded Carrabba's Italian Grill.
